We tried to get estimates from multiple roofing companies who ultimately never even bothered getting back to us until months later in some cases, but John McDonald and the team at Associate had my roof job quoted in less than 24 hours of me inquiring. He put together the most impressive PDF file with the detailed cost breakdown and timeline that looked better than PowerPoints I’ve seen given from corporate leadership. I’ve never seen anything so professionally done from a craftsman before. He was very transparent and there were no hidden costs, most of all he spent hours with me walking around my property and helping me figure out what I wanted to achieve, and had tons of samples materials, diagrams and pictures to explain the whole process plus references of all their recent work so I cooks actually see for myself how good of a job they do before hiring them. They were not pushy sales people at all, rather helped me to realize all the extra stuff I wanted to do like new trim, gutters, etc in addition to my roof was more affordable than I thought and could be completed in one go. John helped arrange everything from the excellent electrician and painting crew to his own crew of roofers who were fast, clean, and detail oriented. I couldn’t believe how wrong the original roof had been done and how right the new roof was installed. I know it’s just a new roof but it literally made my home look like a brand new house and I’m thrilled with my choice every time I pull in the driveway and see it. Plus, their workmanship and GAF factory warranty is great. They took care of every little detail and repairs that had to be done and made it so aesthetically pleasing but most of all the workmanship was top notch, and I’ve never had any kind of renovation be so stress free. John is a perfectionist and it is refreshing to have a craftsman actually care about your home and how it looks as much as you would. Worth every cent, you definitely get what you pay for and I’m so glad I chose Associate, 10/10 recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof you’d be foolish to consider using anybody else.
