Marshall and his team were very professional, good communicators, and delivered a quality product. Marshall's expertise in navigating the insurance claim process was invaluable. He coached me in negotiations with the insurance company in order to ensure that I received what was due under the insurance contract. The team is good at communicating expectations upfront and delivering on those expectations.

Tyson and Marshall were fantastic in handling the entire process. From the pre-inspection to being present with the insurance adjuster, to coordinating the roof work and planning the guttering install, everything was seamless. I have heard horror stories of insurance claims and roofing over the years, but I was very fortunate they showed up on my doorstep a few days after the storm and delivered on their promise and went beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the result. No hidden costs, they were very upfront about what might be additional (I had old rotten wood needing replaced) and worked to keep the costs low. I would highly recommend their services and can't wait to finish my other home repairs!

Highly recommend!! I can't say enough good things about working with Marshall and the crew that roofed my house. Marshall was super responsive. I had what I perceived to be an emergency (it really wasn't) prior to them starting the job, even though Marshall was on vacation he responded immediately and told me how to fix the problem. The crew showed up when they said they would, they got down to business, worked extremely hard and were very respectful. Everything was cleaned up, the roof looks great, so glad I went with Assurance Roofing and Exteriors!
