Extremely unprofessional, no respect for choice and control in the NDIS. They ignored what I requested and just overcharged me thousands of dollars for the services I received, charged me for the wrong category of funding, and they nearly spent my entire Core budget in the first few weeks of my new plan leaving me in a very stressful situation. Be very careful of this business. They will try and talk you into signing a service agreement for a high amount, saying you can change it as needed, then they will charge you for services you didn't ask for or receive. It's Providers like this that are going to cause NDIS funding to be slashed by the government for being 'too expensive' and it will be people with disabilities who lose out again
