AA inspections stating no faults but headlights not working costing £2000 just so they can put it on a warranty that doesn't pay. Pending court action. This has been going in 235 days so far. Legal team now dealing and county court ACTION. Management deny responsibilty. Photos shown are my photos reported. Non of these were shown on the report. Or I would never of purchased. Please note I'm in the trade and I know what A1 means. Miss sold goods.

THATMIXYWe bought a 3 year old Mercedes Benz with low mileage from the Mercedes Benz group sale online, The vehicle was Totally misdescribed and the stereo system was not working either. Spoke to the manager Ian who was very unhelpful and now we have a costly project on our hands.
Martin TaylorWent there yesterday Friday 7th June Westbury. Was hoping to purchase a van as it was a commercial vehicle sale. Spoke with the unhelpful staff about registering to bid. Was told I needed 2 proofs of identification and a utility bill. Told them I had identification but not utility bill with me. Wasn't able to register. WHAT IS THAT ALL About ! Left there really upset and disappointed. Really isn't 2 lots of identification enough. They really should take a long long look at themselves. I bet this review doesn't even get read by them. Judging by all the other poor reviews they don't care. LOL 😆😆
