I have been with Astro since moving to Hahira almost 3 years ago. I have had 2 techs in all of that time first Andy and now Zach, both who have always been polite and courteous and friendly everytime they have come out. They do a super job. On a couple of occasions I have had to call before their scheduled time and they have responded immediately and have taken care of my needs. I would recommend Astro to anyone based on my experience. Keep up the great work Zach!

Initial, I began pest control service with Astro on 5/26/22 and they were on target. The pest control tech would come as per stated every quarter (3 months). The tech was very nice and would answer all concerns. He would text me prior to his visit to let me know he would be in the area and could he come by to service my home. The service was good until he no longer worked for them and I received a charged to my American Express for service rendered on 11/30/23, which I hadn't receive. My last service received from them was on 8/15/23. The office was contacted and they couldn't give me a reason why I was being charged, however the charge was credited back to my card. I asked them to remove my credit card from auto pay. I got replacement technician (Jeremy) and he also was a courteous worker. A month after receiving service I needed Astro to come out to do another spraying due to large spiders in my garage. (Customers are informed that should you need them to come back to your residence within the quarter of service, they would return at no additional fee). I was told that Jeremy was not at work, due to being sick, but he would be advised of my call. I waited a week and called once more and spoke with the manager (Wendy) regarding no tech coming out per my request. I asked her if Jeremy was still out sick and was advised that he was, but if he doesn't return by the week she would definitely have someone come out for servicing. As of this date, I have received a call from the office and/or no one has come out yet. I also questioned her about a mailed statement I received to pay indicating that I received service on 2/28/24, and I hadn't received service. I was told to disregard the statement. When asked if this is a standard procedure to be billed for service not rendered? She stayed that the techs sometimes put in their time in advice before service to get paid. "Astro Exterminating Service, Inc, "You Sucks". Astro you got to do better. It appears that you have more contracts than you have workers and you're giving the customers poor service. Customers need a reliable pest control service when paying their hard earned money, instead of half done service. My suggestion to anyone before considering Astro, do your research before you chose this company. You get what you pay for.👎

Don't bother with this company. They have continued to charge me for 6 months and no one has shown up. Even when a tech did show up, I'd still have roaches. Whatever they use doesn't work. Don't waste your money.

I have been with Astro for 2 years now and Astro have been great . I recommend my tech Zach Guillot he great and do an awesome jobs spraying the house inside and out. He was so helpful and understanding when it come to pest control. If you need pest control ask for Zach an awesome great services tech
