Damaged my vehicle to the point it had to be towed off of his property. I had Ramon work on my 2017 Lexus F sport. After numerous missed calls and un-replied to text I had to physically force my way on to his property to find my car disassembled and unable to drive as none of the 4 doors could close. Ramon is a con artist who was paid 5,000 dollars for a job that was not only incomplete but cause me additional money in repairs and rental fees. I had to have my vehicle towed to another shop and have the doors re-installed. Ramon estimated that the work would be completed in 7 business days.. the process of simply getting in touch with him lasted nearly 3 weeks. I filed a police report and Roman has been formally served, when the officer arrived she informed me that she had been called to the property only a few days earlier for a similar reason. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The whole process was a total loss. If I could I would post the pictures of the condition my car was found in to even further discourage anyone from working with Ramon and his “company.” Adding photos of the work less than 6 months after being done. Roman will not respond despite having initially issued a warranty on his work.. I have included photo of what you can expect the work you have done here to look like within just a few short months as well as a copy of the warranty that Ramon will not honor. You can see he is physically in the photo. DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL VEHICLES WRAPPED, THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INEFFICIENT, COSTLY EXPERIENCE.

UPDATE - DONT USE THESE GUYS Most customers leave reviews too soon, not allowing time to investigate the work done. Well that’s what I did. Even though his price beat everyone else, I’m a firm believer that u pay for what u get. Cheap price! Cheap job! After my initial Google review I found MULTIPLE FLAWS in the work done. I gave him (Ramon) ample enough time to make corrections and he didn't. I was told the work done was under warranty but received no paperwork to back it up and not to mention, he didn’t honor the warranty. Every time I attempted to contact him he gave an excuse then he eventually stopped taking my calls and not responding to my text messages either. He was never rude, and we never exchanged any ugly words nor any altercation. But he never honored his word! They also told me they were moving to a different shop as one of their excuses, and they never provided me with the new information. I took my vehicle to 2 other shops and they both immediately said this was a backyard job; meaning it was bad work performed. So right now, I’m going through disputing the charge with my credit card company. I won’t stop until I get my funds back because I don’t take lightly to this type of ignorance. ————————————————————————— Chrome delete package and red caliper paint! I called at least 6 different place for quotes. All were around the same price range but what made me go to Astro Wrap was the professionalism and patience by Ramon while speaking with him over the phone. When I initially called they weren’t open yet so I had to leave a VcMail. Ramon called me back, but when he called me I had a million things going on and I had to keep interrupting our conversation and even accidentally hung up on him (smh), but through it all Ramon didn’t lose his cool and remained professional the entire time. I also did my research and I stalked their Instagram page (@astrowrapstx) lol … but glad I did! Their work speaks for itself! So I scheduled to bring my Range Rover in that same day. Ok so driving up to their shop made me a little sketchy bcus they’re located behind a house so I actually thought I was at the wrong spot. However, behind their house is a huge building where the magic happens! ALL BUSINESS & VERY LEGIT! I added a few pics …. Before & After! I did a compete chrome delete blackout package and also had them paint my calipers. The entire time my car was there Ramon was in full communication with me, ensuring the work would be completed on time and answering any questions I had. Very responsive! He even paid for my Uber to his location to pick up my car when they were done. Thanks Ramon and Astro Wrap team! I absolutely love the job what u guys did. I’ll be back!

These guys are amazing 👏 they are friendly, fast, and professional. I know where to go if I ever need wrap taken off. Quick is an understatement by the time I went into the waiting room and got comfortable he was done 😆 🤣 it looks great.
