Astronomic Audio

Working with Alex, Been, and other Astronomic Audio team members has been a thoroughly fantastic experience! Our company (KnowledgeOwl) had never started or managed a podcast before, so we needed a lot of help with rebooting a podcast (The Not-Boring Tech Writer) that we acquired in 2020. I first met with Alex in July 2024, and he communicated in an extremely clear, thorough, and helpful manner, which impressed me and made me feel confident that Astronomic Audio was the right team to help us with podcast post-production and transcription services. After that first meeting, we met with Alex a couple more times for podcast recording and Transistor.fm training sessions—both of which were very thorough and helpful! Astronomic Audio helped us relaunch The Not-Boring Tech Writer podcast in January 2025, and they’ve consistently provided fantastic ongoing support to help keep our recording, post-production, and publication schedules on track. When my company decided to reboot an existing podcast with me as the host, I was incredibly nervous. I'd never hosted a podcast before. My head of operations found Astronomic Audio and they've been amazing from day one. Alex took a ton of time to walk us through the process and answer an avalanche of questions about formatting, tooling, process, and structure. Dillon continuously, amazingly, makes me sound so much better than I actually sound. Alan handles a lot of industry-specific language in our transcripts with remarkable accuracy. Been and Alex keep us on track and the communication and support is far and above what I'd expected. If you've needed some production hand-holding for a podcast, I can't recommend them highly enough.
