Our garage door had a cable break & the door becamed misaligned. Alex came out less than 2 hours after I called this morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a detailed explanation of what he would fix, quoted a fair price, fixed the issue and then re-explained the issues and what was fixed for me to review. Our garage door now works better than before the cable broke! ATAC earned my business moving forward!

Great Service ! When I called technician arrived within 40 minutes, was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the problem. My garage door spring was broken , he not only fixed the spring, but lubricated garage door wheels and adjusted the chain at no extra cost. Highly recommend ATAC for your garage door needs. Fair pricing as well!

Had a great experience with Alex. Garage door wouldn’t close all the way and it was around 8pm. Alex called us back in a short amount of time and was able to come out that same night. He explained in detail what was happening with the door and what could possibly cause problems in the future. After he fixed our door, it sounded much better and works great! The cost was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend if you live within a 30 mile radius of Wheeling.
