I landed on ATAC Law randomly, and I'm happy with the service and the outcome on an employment matter. Raymond provided clear, professional advice on the legal matters throughout; he also gave a lot of moral support in the legal process that was alien to me. And Raymond's assistant, Daisy, was also responsive and attentive in the email and in-person encounters.

In my experience I paid for a consultation expecting clear advice on my case. The lawyer (James) mentioned that a detailed review was needed and only provided general guidance on my case that was unclear. He mentioned we would go to the next step but after the meeting I did not receive any response for over a month despite my follow ups. I lost both time and the consultation fee and I did not find the service responsive. I would not recommend this firm to someone seeking accountable or timely communication
