DanielI had a bad experience with this tax company. I told them I didn’t feel they did a good job finding write-offs or maximizing my return, and they still refused to refund my money. I expected more professionalism and effort for what I paid. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. Instead of refunding me the money after multiple requests they ignored me and lost my business completely and all my fellow students and friends no longer go here. Hope it was worth it. Don't do it. John MatthewsMy first experience with ATBS was not good. Submitted documents and they were not looked at. My Rep was not very communicative which forced me to leave. They eventually contacted me and smoothed everything out and we parted ways. I really would like to sign back up but do not want to have the last Acct Rep over my account. Little hesitant just don't want to repeat same issues I was experiencing. Overall I do think it's a good service to have.
Ishack KhalilSomeone is always available to talk to you and knowledgeable, if they don’t have the answer, they get back to you or connect you with someone that does, they take a lot of stress off your plate by working around your needs. Objectively this is the best customer service I’ve ever had being a truck driver and busy as hell Monday through Friday when everyone’s available they take stress off my plate. I get things done. These people are very aggressive in customer service. It seems every action every word spoken is through the filter of servant hood. Damn fine service thanks for another easy year.
