This company is absolutely amazing. From the time I spoke with my recruiter Ms. Paige to my orientation instructors I feel well prepared and sincerely cared for. I definitely recommend drivers to come join this family.

The hiring process was quick and easy! They flew me out, ordered me an uber to the hotel that they paid for. The hotel has breakfast Navajo gets you dominos everyday that your there. Just finished orientation. Will update when I complete my first load! Update: I only stayed with them 2 weeks the company wasn’t a good fit and I had a better offer come my way. I will say they have the miles for you to run but the equipment isn’t the best. My truck was given to me with 3 flats and both the head lights were out. Definitely make sure you do a thorough inspection before leaving the yard when they give you your truck. When I finally got on the road the truck kept turning off while driving. And the transmission would slip. There are no refrigerators in their trucks I’m only adding this because I was told in my phone interview that there would be. My driver manager was very rude and disrespectful when I returned my truck drivers in the driver lounge told me a lot of people leave because of her. If you get Cindy I’d ask for someone else. If none of these are an issue for you and you just want miles this company’s probably for you.

The Brokerage company Navajo straight stole money from me. I had done two prior loads with them with no issues whatsoever. The 3rd load they say wasn't tracked properly and took 20% of the loads confirmation from me. They never called me to let me know we had a tracking issue. Navajo had my phone number. They just deducted money from the load that was delivered on time with clean bills. Also on the exact same load I did THREE times they had a 3pm appointment on the 2nd load that was actually a 9pm appointment. They never even payed me detention on. I do not recommend Navajo Brokerage department.
