Omar VincentDisgraceful service. My mother used the company to deliver her new E-Bike to her address. Not only were they four days late on the delivery, they simple refused to actually deliver it. The “delivery” was made an employee named Kyle, who decided the callously dump the bike ON THE STREET instead of delivering it properly. When confronted by my mother he gave lousy excuses and took off, knowing full well my mother alone could not move it without his help. Keep in mind my mother TIPPED Kyle and he still couldn’t care enough to perform 2 minutes of labor (his job). If me her son was not there to help the bike would still be in the street. When my mother called the company to complain they dismissed her and gave the same shameless excuses as Kyle did, while not even once explaining how 60 year old woman is supposed to move a 200 pound box (as well as the pallet they left for her to dispose off) from the street to her home on her own. Don’t trust this company, and don’t trust delivery people who wear army-camo baseball caps.
Anderson CruzI wish I could rate this as -5 stars. I definitely don't understand you are getting something delivered and you need to pay $75.00 so they can use the lift. This looks insane to me and abusive. That means if something is getting delivered to you, pretty much you need to take the load out of the truck or you need to pay in addition for your items. It's crazy.
