You have to call multiple times per day to get any answers. you ask them what they need and the "forget" to tell you for 3 weeks until you container has been racking up the overdue fees for days and they they tell you that they can't do what they explicitly said they could previously. I am posting this so that I will remember to NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. There is simply no excuse for how bad they are.
Monster MoyEverything was good except the Asian guy that checked me in, Told the guy unloading on Dock Door #5 To go to break before unloading me, I was there at 7:30am for my 8am delivery appointment. Obviously Mr. Asian has no respect for Truckers time, Except flat beds.
