ATC Driveaway

The ATC team is super transparent and an absolute pleasure to do business with. They are great at linking their customers with transporters like myself and keeping everyone in the loop throughout the whole process. Can not recommend enough to people wanting to get their car/s shipped.

What really stood out was how responsive and friendly the customer support team was. Whether it was a quick update or a last-minute change, they handled everything with ease and a positive attitude. It’s rare to find a company that truly prioritizes its customers like this. If you're looking for reliable service backed by top-notch support, I highly recommend this team.

I delivered a unit and the next day I didn't receive my pay. So, I gave them an extra day to make sure there were no problems. So 2 days went by, still no pay. I called into the office (very professionally and polite) to explain that I didn't receive my pay for the delivery. The woman in accounting told me that she sent it to the same bank account as the "last time." I spoke with the supervisor who explained, "Just give it one more day." So I did, and still no pay. I called back the next day to explain and someone from accounting snapped, "HEY! DON'T KEEP CALLING HERE OVER AND OVER! I TOLD YOU WE SENT YOUR PAY TO YOU! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU!" The next day, I had to speak with the main supervisor there who had to do some digging just to find out that accounting sent my pay to the WRONG PERSON. After that, I complained to another supervisor about the 'accounting person's' behavior. (wrong move...) I was CLEARLY blackballed by the company: dispatchers stopped taking my calls... when I did get trips, I had to call 3-4 times to get advance money added to my fuel card... and I can't prove it , but I suspect trips weren't being shown on my load board. So, the moral of the story is: All because THEY made a mistake, and I politely informed them of it, the ATC staff decided that I was the problem. this NEEDED to be said.
