I have seen people say this site is just a scam. which is not true. They do take a week to ship the item out usually. And it is difficult to get in contact with them; but I was able to, on their website live chat. I found it useful to ask questions about a pendant I wanted. You need to read what is solid or not. and look at the weights.If you buy a hollow chain and it breaks I don't think you can blame the company really. don't buy hollow imo. I bought a solid 6mm rope chain, 22 in. Its beautiful and as described. I also bought a 6mm cuban, 18in. I am happy with the weight which us similar to what is listed. But the photos make the chain seem a lot bigger. This was not the case with the rope however. The photos of the cuban, the links were more spaced so I guess it seems bigger. But it was tighter links when I got it. So not really a complaint just difference.

The company is slow but not a scam. Theyre not in the US so it took about a month to get my (20" 10k solid Hermes rope) chain in the mail but I got it. They kept comunication (email Instagram) so I didn't feel as out in the cold about things. The jewelry was good quality. (no codes, size weight, specs, in package though.) As I have seen with other companies I've shopped with.

Horrible customer service. After sending a photo of my ID & credit card for “proof of purchase, they also asked for a selfie with me holding my id. Fine, sent. Now, no one is responding, order still hasn’t been shipped. Cant even reach anyone by the all the bogus phone numbers. Ironically, I get a call from the bank letting me know someone is trying to use my card. These folks are scammers. BE AWARE. I have proof as well.
