This was the most advanced care I've ever had from physical therapy. I started here with Sierra's help. For the first time I felt like "I" was being treated, and not just a by the book protocol for whatever injury I had. She listened and was curious, and because of that I finally saw results after a decade + of mystery. After I tore my acl, Sierra tagged Omar in to help. No surprise, Omar was amazing too. Giving me confidence to know what I need to look for, when I should push myself and when I should take a step back. I would describe the team here as perfectly in balance. Warm and gentle, but persistent in their push for recovery and success.

Early in my running journey, I suffered a knee injury. I discovered Athlete's Care Whitby through a recommendation, and all I can say is that I do not regret coming here at all! I'm currently in a runner's program with Omar, and he has been incredibly helpful in guiding me back to my running journey. He's very chill, encouraging, and has been exceptionally accommodating towards my progress. I'm not 100% fully recovered yet, but thanks to Omar, I've come a long way. The clinic itself is very clean, has a great range of equipment, and feels very comfortable. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a physio that is very reliable, I can't recommend Omar and Athlete's Care Whitby enough!

I had such an amazing experience with Athletes care. From their sports doctor, bracing specialist to physiotherapist, the team has really made my journey so smooth. As an Athlete I have had so many recurring injuries and have taken time off from sports. Finally I decided to take the next steps to continue to do what I love. I discovered that I had a torn ACL for a while hence the recurring knee injury and decided to go ahead with surgery. I worked very closely with Omar before and after the surgery. Omar is very kind and knowledgeable but what I like the most is his transparency and his push to get you better. I have worked with multiple physiotherapists but Omar has been outstanding and made the biggest impact in my rehab and recovery. I walk out of our sessions feeling stronger and better every time. I went to see Omar exactly one week after my ACL reconstruction surgery, and he was absolutely amazing. He spent the full hour with me one-on-one, walked me through many exercises, and even got me walking when I didn't think I could. He was patient, attentive, and motivating, while still pushing me to be more mobile. I've seen several physiotherapists this year, but Omar was on another level, by far the best. Highly recommend him!
