Excellent job all around! All the therapists are thoughtful, answer any questions you may have and glad to adjust the exercises to suit an individuals needs. Appointments are always on time. The place is as neat as a pin. I'd go here anytime. They also printed out all the exercises to make it really easy to work out at home.

I found the treatment itself helpful, meeting my needs as a first-time patient with no prior comparisons. The therapists were professional, and the sessions I attended were beneficial. However, the billing experience was disappointing due to a lack of transparency. Initially, I was quoted a $15 copay, but after a three-week vacation and scheduling additional sessions, the front desk vaguely mentioned a balance without clarifying that the actual copay was $40 per visit. This miscommunication led to over $100 in unexpected charges and I decided to cancel the remaining appointments due to the high cost. Given my limited understanding of insurance, clearer communication about copays upfront, especially during my three-week absence, would have been helpful.
