Customer experiences
I have been going to this Athletico for years whenever I have an issue. It is fantastic. I can't say enough great things. Luke helped me with my TMJ. Max helped me with some back and shoulder issues. Jess helped me through two pregnancies with pelvic floor therapy and all the other issues that come up with pregnancy. The environment is great and I love that you get a full hour (sometimes more) of time to work on your issue. The PTs also do gentle adjustments, massage, or other hands on work to really help you heal quickly.
Came to this location for rehab after my mastectomy. The surgery left me with no range of motion. And feeling like I was wearing an iron bra. I did better in one month than others I know 6 months out who had been through the same surgery. Daniel, Jessica and the assistants have all been patient, professional and understanding. They offer a creatitive variety of exercises that can be challenging but not painfully so. You cN tell they are well educated in their field. Highly recommend this location.
My experience with Athletico’s Devon location was positive across the board. The staff was always kind, helpful, and communicative. They were consistently prompt and met my needs, asking helpful questions and listening to my requests. Kristine Chan went above and beyond and is so good at what she does. I really can’t thank her enough! There were no issues in my experience and I was lucky to be in the hands of such a good team.
I've worked with Christine and Max twice in the last year. Once for a hip/low back issue and again this year for an unrelated knee injury. This office is great. It has a fun environment, but they also take your recovery very seriously. Christine and Max are thoughtful, kind, and encouraging. They'll take you concerns into consideration and will help you build strength and relieve pain. They are conservative as you progress through your recovery, making sure you are stable and strong enough before progressing you along. I knew I could trust them to keep me safe, but improving. With a knee injury, it was a very scary time, and I knew they always had my best interest in mind. I'd work with them again in an instant (but hopefully, I don't have to!)
