September 9, 2025 at Schaumburg clinic 2562 west Schaumburg Rd. Appointment at 8:00am arrived at 8:01am entered stood at desk noticed 4-5 workers and 3 customers one worker was actually working with a client the others were talking and working on their laptop computer's after about 3 minutes one finally says are you Will I said yes she stated have a seat someone will be with you. Fifteen (15) minutes later of no acknowledgment I decided to leave obviously they were to busy on their computers and talking among themselves to take care of me. I made it halfway to my car before one of the workers decided they had time for me. I explained to her you guy's seem very busy I will reschedule not.

Rotten company. They can't tell you their prices in advance. How can you not know how much your services cost? Then they send you bills that they can't explain. They also pretend that I visited them on a day when I was in another state or it was a day off for the company itself.

All the negative reviews are true. ATI has a long history of incorrectly processing claims and overcharging patients. DO NOT TRUST this place.

Horrible company and the 2-star rating on Google shows it! Was sent here in December due to a car accident. Myself and my attorney has requested medical records and bills and never sent them so we can settle the case with insurance. Today called and spoke with Aimeelyn and was told they don't have any request for records and they charge $6.50 for release of medical records. I don't know how this is legal, but the attorney is on top of it. I would highly suggest you go somewhere else. Even the location I went to was not professional in Arlington Heights. If you look at other reviews you will see attorneys are complaining about them as well. STAY AWAY!
