Atlanta Care Center

It has now been a week since I tried to get my new prescription. Whoever has been working at the front desk that I have spoken to has not been able to help despite assuring me they will. Getting medication I have been prescribed should not be this hard! Do the people who answer the phones have any medical office experience whatsoever? I can’t even get a call back or email back. At this point I’m ready to just find a new doctor. This would have never happened with the previous doctor who owned the space. Such a disappointment that the person she left her patients to seems to not care at all about them. I still haven’t met the doctor! The nurse practitioner who has seen me at all my visits has been a saint. She gets this place one more star by her grace alone.

No recomiendo para nada la clinica me llevo una experiencia totalmente mala ,al asistir a una de mis consultas la dra me mando a realizar un chequeo anual comentando que mi seguro lo cubria,yo le comenté que ya en otra clinica me habian realizado estudios el mismo año a lo cual me comento que no había problema,pues resulta que me estan cobrando mas de 1000 dolares por algo que no solicite y al momento no se hacen responsables ya que mis estudios los mandaron a un laboratorio que no cubre mi seguro siendo que ellos me aseguraron que si lo hacia,por ganar un dinero extra mandan a hacer estudios que uno no ocupa y abusan de que uno confia en lo que les dicen , recomende a un familiar y tambien tuvo mala experiencia asi que si van a ir piensenlo dos veces
