I had a branch fall on my roof during hurricane Helene and punch a few holes in my roof which resulted in a lot of damage both outside and inside my house. Dirk and his crew were at my house that afternoon putting up a huge tarp that worked flawlessly until the roof was installed. They worked with my insurance company as much as possible to get my roof repaired properly no matter how sorry my insurance company was and how little they wanted to do for me. Ryno made everything happen properly. Then after they repaired my roof the insurance company dragged their feet sending me the checks they owed and Dirk was more than patient and never got upset one time about how long it took to get paid. I will never use anyone but Dirk and Ryno Roof for any future roofing needs I may have. They are the best.

My house was hit by a tree in the middle of the night. Ryno Roof Systems responded quickly with a temporary tarp to stop further damage. Not only did Ryno do quality roof and siding repairs for me, but they easily navigated the complex communications with my insurance company and even successfully negotiated additional coverage that my adjuster missed. We were kept informed throughout the process and the entire experience resulted in minimal stress for me. Further, during the storm repairs, I requested a skylight - outside of insurance scope - which they seamlessly installed. Ryno Roof Systems is now the only roofing company I call for all my roofing needs. I have used them for smaller jobs since the tree damage, but they do not put any less importance on the work. With such personal attention and customer centricity, I give them 5 stars without a doubt.

Ryno Roof Systems did an amazing job on my roof! They installed the new shingles - they matched the old ones perfectly! They even filled nail holes with silicone created by another company - those holes could eventually cause the roof to rot. I trust them. They always do an excellent job!

Ryno Roof Systems came very highly recommended to me by an executive in the roofing materials industry. Ryno was such a refreshing change from the constant parade of pushy roofing companies who try to “check with” my insurance company to see if they'll pay for a new roof. (Don’t do that! It counts as a claim each time, even if you are turned down!) Ryno was honest about our extensive roof damage, the wearing and aging spots, and several leaks. They took great, clear pictures and spent time explaining our options. Because we want to make some exterior changes next year, they were able to repair all of our problem areas and buy us some time to plan our exterior renovation. The guys were hard workers, skilled, very well spoken, polite, and above all, knowledgeable. The holes are fixed, the pipes have new flashing around them, and the valley that was leaking is successfully and beautifully sealed. The price was reasonable for the amount of work they did. You can trust Dirk to see that the job gets done correctly.
