After going here for 4 years, today was my last visit. Came 10 minute early for my appointment, ended up waiting over an hour to be seen just for blood work. I asked the front desk when I'm going to be seen since I've been waiting for an hour, her response "what am I suppose to do about it?" haha nice! Anyways, apparently I also had a an outstanding bill they sent to collections without notifying me first. They outsource this to another company/department so they can have plausible deniability from the communication around it. They were sending the bill to an old address that isn't even on my current insurance card... so some failures on the admin staff as well. Really wish I didn't have to find a new primary care provider, Dr Rikter & Dr Lloyd do a good job. However, given the office continues to get more and more run-down and the admin staff just not caring it is time to find a different provider that takes the whole process more seriously.
