North Garden Dental is the only dentist I will go to. Vince is amazing. I have never had such a painless experience at the dentist to the point that I actually go regularly again. Over all, all of the staff there has always been super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely incompetent and rude reception staff! It took them 3 months to send me the outstanding balance and i missed the insurance deadline to submit a claim. Even after i paid the balance they refused to give detailed invoice for services performed. The forms they provided do not correspond to the charges. That office should not exist at all!

I recently went for a cleaning at this location. Normally someone that performs the job function as a receptionist, at least most times makes you feel welcomed and you have the desire to return to that place of business. Not in this case. Just before I went for a cleaning, I really wondered why am I here…The Hygienist was satisfactory, although I felt she was in a bit of a rush. It felt that all my teeth were not flossed. And now back to the receptionist again for payment… You ever have the feeling that someone is suspicious of you at a store for stealing something…Well I had that feeling at this dentist office and I’m using my insurance to cover my visit here…LOL… Well I left there thinking that I will NEVER RETURN…. Not to get this receptionist confused with someone that works in the daytime…My appt was in the evening hours….

I wish i had found Dr Riche years ago . He is the most non judgemental dentist I have ever met . There are no lectures or making you feel ashamed if your teeth are not perfect. I would recommend him to everyone I know
