The people at this place were friendly. However, upon my first visit I had to wait 35 min before I could see anyone and that is having an appointment before hand. Then they took me in for X-rays and gum inspection. Then one tech told me there were no available slots for cleanings that day (which is the reason I went in the first place). Then as they scrambled to figure out a plan, another tech told me to go to the back room and would be seen shortly. When it got to the 90 minute mark and I still hadn’t had my teeth cleaned, I decided that this place wasn’t for me.
I have found a dental office that treats you with respect, professionalism, and excellent patient care. I feel like family in all my visits. What a pleasure it is to have a dental appointment! Thank you Atlantis Dental!!
Came and had a deep cleaning. OMG felt absolutely no discomfort. On the drive was struck by how clean my teeth felt. Customer service is top notch. I found my dentist.
