Brian WallisMy furnace was putting out way too much carbon dioxide and Fortis said to stop using it until the problem could be diagnosed and fixed. I called Trevor at Atmosphere and he put me the calendar for the first available date and then was able to come a whole day earlier. This was all during the coldest weather of the year! His tech was thorough and certified the furnace as sound. The problem was likely a buildup of ice on the exhaust due to the really cold temperatures. Very pleased with the service and I would recommend them and will use them again.

Anita HoweWe contacted Atmosphere AC to relocate our existing heat pump to the other side of our apartment. Unlike many companies who did not bother to return our call, they responded to our request immediately. When Dylan came by to give us a free quotation, he suggested the optimal location for the unit. After relocating the unit we asked him to help diagnose and fix an annoying high pitched whistle the system had been making from the very first days. Dylan contacted the manufacturer and obtained for us a free replacement circuit board which solved the problem. Suffice it to say we are very pleased with his service and willingness to go the extra mile to help us with our unusual issue. We now have a very well placed heat pump and a very cozy living room!
