Almost hate to jump on the “negative ASL review” bandwagon but unfortunately their service has been just shy of terrible.. My first ever delivery with them went smoothly & I was pleasantly surprised (or so I thought) but it must have been a fluke as I have had issues with all 5 of the orders that I’ve placed since then. Packages have simply just never shown up (with no contact or updates), their tracking updates show multiple “delivery attempts” when I know for certain that there were zero attempts at delivery or the package did actually arrive, but it came several days late & upon opening the Amazon bubble mailer found the contents to be ripped, bent & dirty (which looked like it had been stomped on). Unfortunately really unimpressed thus far.. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I was waiting for a very important package from Amazon, chose the one day shipping as per usual, and got this delivery company for the first time. They didn't deliver my package. After waiting all day, I finally got a notification that they are sending back the package to the seller because the delivery was impossible. They apparently couldn't find the address. I get a few delivery every months from amazon, they usually get delivered by Intelcom, and they never have any issue finding my address. So my best guess is that the delivery driver from ASL was an idiot and cannot read a map. Now I have to wait a couple of days until I get a refund from amazon before getting this again (I don't want to risk ordering a second one and suddenly this one shows up and I'm stuck with two) and I really, really needed this ASAP. This is just ridiculous. I really hope I never randomly get this company as my delivery service again.
Terrible delivery. Left the box in my garage. Normally this would be fine. But this time they left it in my garage and not on my porch because the box was extremely damaged/wet and all my Amazon items were soaking wet and all over the place. Perfectly sunny day no rain. Some of the items I ordered are not eligible for return so now I have to deal with Amazon. Dragonfly used to deliver to my home. They always sent notifications about deliveries and would knock or ring the door bell to let you know they were there. Not ASL, they just deliver broken stuff and take off.
If I could give this company a review of zero, I would. This company absolutely sucks. Their delivery drivers dropping off Amazon packages are illiterates. Their call centre agents can barely speak English. My package was delayed for 11 days and sat in their warehouse in Barrie. Sent them multiple emails, no response. Called them numerous times, and they couldn't figure out what to do with their lives. Yesterday, the package was finally delivered to my home after 11 days of delay. Their illiterate home delivery driver decided to place my extremely expensive purchase by the entrance to my property about 10 feet from the roadway and drove off. Rather than drive up another 40 feet and place the package on the porch, he thought it would be convenient for him to leave the expensive item in close proximity to the roadway where someone could steal it. This company should never be allowed to deliver another Amazon package ever again. They should not be operating any form of delivery business, let alone running a lemonade stand. I hope Amazon and its sellers see this review and drop this company from their vendor's list.
