This was my Recruiting agency.Recruiting was done good .No complaints regarding that but the reason for putting one star is because they had informed me that only Apostle attestation was enough and HRD can be done later which was wrong .Also after giving my certificate to them for HRD attestation and after 2 or 3 months .They told me there is no response from university.i send an email to the university and they asked me to share the reciept of payment.when I asked Arafa to share the reciept.It took them 3 days to send me the receipt which showed that they just paid the amount for verification and still one more payment was not done .When I call to enquire.They don't answer and finally they send back my certificate without attestation saying university didn't reply.Now I have done the same attestation by other Agency .they did proper payment and they REPLY OR ANSWER YOUR CALLS .I had a very bad experience from Arafa .They wasted my 2 or 3 months for HRD without paying the university the fees for verification.
