Kyler did an excellent job helping me all the way through with getting an estimate, an appointment, to having my car looking new! The process didn’t take longer then a week, but with the detail and how the car looks was surprised it didn’t take longer. If I ever have damage on my car again I will always come back to this place! Excellent service, work, and people!

I had two trucks repaired from Crash Champion off of SE Armour Road. The repair work on both trucks were not done correctly. After dealing with the regional manager, I decided to have this Crash Champion (NE Kearney location) re-do the repair that was poorly done from another location. Here are the results from this location repair: While rivets and screws were replaced correctly this time, the crash sensor was left disconnected. I discovered the loose connector myself crawling under the vehicle when picking up the truck. I ended up leaving the truck or further repair. Overall, both locations demonstrated poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and weak accountability. Even when issues were acknowledged, the process of correcting them was slow and frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Crash Champions.

Thank you so much Trevor, Todd, and everyone else I interacted with after a deer went through my windshield last May. Crash Champions communicated with my insurance and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Cannot recommend this team highly enough…they were absolutely wonderful.
