Later, I got a Call from the sales person that you come and visit, we might you offer a better deal. When I visited the Rather than increasing the price, they offer me the lower price compare what I’m getting online. It is a total waste of time. I’m really not happy with Canada drive.
Shad MemonBad experience (20-Oct-2025) The website showed $20k and I was told the price would likely increase after inspection, since their online quotes are always on the conservative side. After driving 100 km and spending 3 hours, they inspected my car and couldn't find any issues, but instead of increasing the valuation, they actually lowered their offer to $17.5k. Complete waste of time.When I asked why the value dropped despite their attempts to convince me over the phone to beat Clutch’s offer, I was met with rude behaviour and confusing excuses like "your car isn't worth a penny more than this." They cross-questioned me and treated me poorly for just wanting a fair and honest discussion. I even asked why this lowball offer wasn't discussed before making me drive all the way, but the response was dismissive.Immediately after, I went to Clutch and got $22.5k with no hassle.Cheaters and time-wasters, 100%. Not recommended at all.
Kathleen HamiltonI filled out an application for more information as I am looking to purchase a vehicle. They called the next day and immediately asked me what I was looking for. The first person I spoke with said she'd be transferring me over to speak to someone regarding what they had in inventory relative to what I was interested in. The next person who answered the phone introduced herself as the finance person. I said I'd like to pump the breaks before they go and run my credit and start applying for things, I'd like to know what they had in stock, and weigh my options. This finance person immediately threw attitude and was incredibly rude, she even had the audacity to try to scold me for wasting her time- excuse me? She had introduced herself and as soon as I heard "finance person" 30 seconds into the conversation I stopped her. Also what a questionable reaction to a reasonable request- I'm not hard up, I want the vehicle I want and I don't want to pay more interest than its worth, why wouldn't I have questions before my credit is just ran and takes a hit. This experience was short and yet super pushy, unprofessional, rude, and really felt like it was ran by crooked people. Do not recommend.
