Christelle ManryJ'ai été coiffé il y a quelque mois par Thomas, au top, bon conseil. Nickel Jee prends rdv pour ma fille sur l'appli planity. Nous étions dans le coin, je demande si ils peuvent nous prendre un peu plus tôt (au cas où) on me dit que non (le ton n'y était pas, je n'en tiens pas compte). En donnant l'heure de mon rdv, il s'avère que je n'ai pas de rdv pour ma fille. Elle me demande un mail de confirmation mais effectivement ça ne me dit rien. On regarde, mon rdv perso est bien indiqué mais pas avec le bon coiffeur. J'annule tout et dit que l'application est merdique ! Que je vais voir à la maison sur un ordi pour comprendre. Je rentre, je vais une réclamation sur planity. Je reprends rdv pour ma fille, cette fois je reçois bien le mail de confirmation! J'essaie de reprendre pour moi, mais me dit que je suis bloqué ! Qu'il faut que j'appelle ! Pardon ???? J'appelle, elle galère à me retrouver (tu m'étonnes) et dit : ah j'ai compris.. le rdv est pris.. J'attends le mail de confirmation, que je ne reçois pas donc bien un beug avec l'application ! J'ai tout annulé! parce que j'ai dit que l'application est de la merde, On me bloque !? Je n'ai pas manqué de respect personnes! juste dit la réalité des choses sur l'application. Bref, je ne reviendrais pas. Bonne continuation

Johanna LabyVisite ce jour pour la première coupe de cheveux de ma fille, nous avons été reçues par Alexia qui s’est très bien occupée de ma fille. Elle est de très bon conseil, très douce avec les enfants et très compétente. Un grand merci à vous et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Boudieres DanielJe suis déjà allé 3 fois dans ce salon, 2 fois coiffé par Matthieu et une fois par Alexia. C'était plutôt correct avec ces 2 coiffeurs, aujourd'hui j'ai testé Thomas et j'ai été très déçu. Il n'écoute absolument pas ce qu'on lui demande...Je lui ai dit que je détestais les cheveux courts, qu'il m'enlève environ 1,5 cm à 2 cm et...je suis sorti avec la même coup de cheveux que quand j'ai fait mon service militaire il y a 40 ans !! Complètement ratiboisé !! Je suis très énervé !!!
