I recently had a tooth extraction done at East End Dental with Dr. Zaidi, and I’m very satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Zaidi was gentle, explained the procedure clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The extraction itself was quick and surprisingly less painful than I expected. I also appreciated the clear aftercare instructions and follow-up support. Highly recommend Dr. Zaidi and the team at East End Dental if you’re looking for a calm, clean, and professional dental experience!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with East End Dental Clinic. Communication has been extremely poor throughout my short time as a patient. I first received a phone call requesting X-rays just days after they completed my X-rays. I had a second call with no clear reason or explanation, and the staff seemed unsure why they had contacted me in the first place or who I even was. I was also told that my file would be sent to my benefactor, but I’ve received confirmation that from my benefactor this actually did not happened. It has left me questioning honesty. The lack of honesty, updates, clarity, and accountability has made it extremely difficult to trust the clinic with my care. Due to these ongoing issues, I’ve decided to stop being a patient here altogether and am in the process of transitioning. All of this happened after my “First Patients Exam (60 minutes)”. It cost $390 and all the work has seemingly disappeared? It is actually astounding to me a healthcare clinic of this capacity could make such mistakes. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and follow-through for future patients. I would recommend receiving care in a more organized and professional manor. Added Note: My last name was not the issue, as some responses have claimed. I have changed my name on platforms such as this for protection purposes. The clinic was VERY clear of my name and identity when these incidences occurred.

I had my front tooth filling done at this clinic in August 2024. I have to say, the welcome and comfort level provided by Dr. Zaidi and her staff were absolutely impeccable. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism during my visit. However, I’m very disappointed with the outcome. Less than a year later, I ended up losing that same tooth. I experienced a severe toothache that lasted three days, and on a Monday morning, I called the clinic hoping to get an emergency check-up. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with kept saying there were no available slots that day and scheduled me for Wednesday instead. At that point, the pain was unbearable and I couldn’t wait any longer. I reached out to a different clinic who thankfully accommodated me right away. After their examination, I was told that the nerve in my front tooth had been damaged likely during the filling procedure which caused the tooth to die. As far as I remember, the decay in that tooth wasn’t even visible and seemed like it only needed a minor filling. Now, because of that damage, I have to undergo a root canal procedure to try and save what’s left of the tooth. It’s frustrating and upsetting that a treatment meant to protect my tooth has resulted in a much more serious and expensive procedure, especially within such a short time. I’m sharing my experience not out of anger, but out of disappointment and to hopefully prevent someone else from going through the same situation.

Dr. Zaidi truly went above and beyond! I was feeling overwhelmed because my insurance plan wasn’t working, but she personally took the time to help me sort it out. Her kindness and patience meant so much during a stressful time. On top of that, her dental work was impeccable, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for his care, not just for my teeth but for me as a person. Dr. Zaidi genuinely cares about his patients, and I can’t recommend him enough
