Overall, I had a very positive experience at Audi of Allentown. Purchased a gently used 2020 RS3 from them a few years ago and waited a while to post this so I could give you a full experience beyond the sales floor itself. The trade in process for my truck went well, initially they were offering less than I could accept as a trade however were willing to work a bit to find a central number that worked for everyone. Financing went a little above/beyond, here's how. The advertised mileage on the car was 15k, I did not confirm this when actually looking in the vehicle. admittedly, I was in full on "want" mode as it was a specific variant I had been searching for. Fast forward to financing department. Signing paperwork, we get to the odometer disclosure and the car actually has 20k on it. I expressed dissatisfaction at this, and they compensated me with some additional coverages that I had originally not opted to take. Not exactly money off, but once they confirmed their listing was erroneous - an effort was made to make it right on their part. In the next few years of ownership some warranty work was needed, the dealership never asked for a dime from me - always made sure I had a loaner, and catered to my hectic working schedule to make sure the repairs were made to my satisfaction. All in all, I really could not speak any more highly of this place. Great customer service, fantastic service department. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. Bravo to Audi of Allentown!

I can’t say enough about my recent purchasing experience at Audi Allentown and more specifically the sales experience with Dan Dasilva. I highly recommend seeking him out for your buying experience. He is professional, efficient, and appropriate in the timing and amount of his communication. He even took the time to answer some questions for me while he was out of the office for the day. The trade in process was also extremely easy. The final paper work/financing was smooth, and I felt that they valued my time thought out the entire process. This is not my first Audi, but it was by far my best experience. I highly recommend, without reservation, Allentown Audi and Dan Dasilva.
