I was really excited to try this place because it looked great overall. However, my experience didn’t go as expected. My appointment was scheduled for after 12 PM, but when I arrived, there were already people ahead of me, and I ended up waiting 50 minutes before I could be seen. Once I was taken in, things moved very slowly. My sister was getting her nails done, and it took over an hour just to do the base. I was getting a pedicure, and I have to say Mary did an excellent job — I really appreciated her work. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and had to leave. It was frustrating because I showed up on time, but due to the delays and overbooking, I didn’t get the full service I came for, yet I still paid $110 — it felt like a waste of time and money. I came back the next day at 3:00 PM, hoping to get my nails finished and for my sister’s to be completed. But again, the process was extremely slow — I didn’t leave until 5:53PM. I was charged another $110, which was disappointing considering all I wanted was a simple French tip. Instead, the nail tech did something completely different from what I asked for, and I really wasn’t happy with the final result. And charged me more for this glitter thing she added which I never asked for. I’m sorry if this comes off harsh, but I didn’t have a good experience. The staff were kind, but the timing, service consistency, and communication really need improvement.

Aura Nails is absolutely wonderful—I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional, but I have to give a special shoutout to Christine—she gives the best pedicures ever! She’s detail-oriented, gentle, and always makes sure I leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

They are extremely professional and the salon is immaculate ! The owners are lovely as well as their staff. It’s a beautiful relaxing spa experience !
