Aura Yoga and Fitness is such a beautiful and welcoming space. The large windows fill the studios with natural light, and the green plants and earthy tones create the perfect calming atmosphere. The manager and staff are incredibly warm and always make you feel at home. I love the little touches like complimentary tea and the thoughtfully curated merchandise. They offer amazing classes like Yin and Hatha yoga, and they also host unique events such as breathwork sessions and ice baths that really elevate the experience. It’s more than just a yoga studio,it’s a place to recharge, connect, and feel grounded. Highly recommend!

I did a class with Alex. He was very descriptive and took his time to correct me. I felt challenged but comfortable to do easier progression if need be. It was one of my first classes but I wasn’t lost. The studio is very clean and the environment is calm and relaxing. I would go again.

Love this studio! I’ve been going for over a year and it’s honestly the best. The staff are super friendly and all the teachers are amazing. Always leave class feeling so good!
