Honestly the experience with Aureum has been nothing but pleasant and helpful throughout. More than that Wayne went above and beyond to get finance options that were right for me and I felt in safe hands throughout. I was recommended to Wayne following an unpleasant experience with an alternative broker at another company. From the initial call explaining my situation, he was very informative about the steps I could take and how he could assist me obtaining the funding I was looking for, even though the previous broker from another company had placed me in a position of taking fees without approval. Wayne went through every detail without me feeling pressured at any time, giving me the time to take in all the detail and make an informed decision on how I would like to proceed. I made the decision to cancel the previous broker and go with Wayne after that first phone call. He made me feel at ease that he had my best interests in his mind throughout and not that he was just trying to make his own commission. I couldn't recommend more the way he dealt with my application, even with bumps along the way due to the experience from the previous broker, he was on hand and giving me various options to obtain the funding I needed, giving me the time in between to soak it all in without rushing me to make a decision. I was thrilled that an offer was presented and the process of receiving the funding was easy to follow and quick to receive.
