I called the store to confirm if they have in stock the product for which I was looking for; a very kind and very professional lady checked and assured me that they have it; she asked me if I want to have those items on hold for me. In 2 hours I was there. That lady worked as a cashier as well, and she immediately made the arrangements, and those heavy weighting items were brought close to my car.
