One star is being generous. For our original appointment to get the gutters cleaned, no one showed. Then I got a phone call the next morning from the guy saying he was on his way so I said, ok. He got here and didn't have the proper tools so said he's reschedule for 2 days from then. It's been 2 weeks and no one has shown up, even though I keep getting phone calls from the office asking how the service was. One guy even tried to argue with me that someone did come - so I offered to send him pictures of my eaves that have had pine cones on the same place for the past few years. When asked if there was anything that could make me happy, I said just cancel the job! It was beyond ridiculous. I felt like they were trying to fool me into thinking the job was done so I'd send in the $220 for a no-job. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. At least for getting your eaves cleaned.
