Everyone was soooo nice! Anita really “knows her stuff”. She was so nice and kind and explained things well! The three ladies that were there when I arrived were so very kind and helpful too! Great spa!
First of all, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment, so I called to inform them and was very warmly welcomed. Anita's Hydrofacial was very gentle—she genuinely asked about my skin conditions, and we had a short, flowing conversation. The lady at the reception (I apologize for not asking her name) was also very warm and attentive to my needs. The atmosphere is very cozy there, and I love its location on the West 6th St.
I went for my first visit today and found it to be a very positive experience. I went in for Botox and discussed other areas that needed to be improved down the road. Every question was answered and it wasn’t a sales type conversation but more let’s start off slow and go from there. I was injected by needles that I barely felt and was explained about the procedure along with what negative affects that may happen which I really did appreciate. If your looking to have a conversation of all possibilities rather than a quick fix a comfortable environment and not a saley approach I would highly recommend Austin Med Spa
