Olivia PalosI will never go with this company ever again. Workers moved slow, workers sitting in the truck while others are moving. Should not have taken 5.5 hours to move 5 mins down the road when we have already moved quite a bit the night before. They tore up the floor then acted like they had no idea when I watched them do it. Scratched up furniture after putting tape directly on it instead of using moving pads their company provides. Best part is, they leave it unorganized like this. And for 1500???? Never in my life had to pay that for this kind of quality. Idk how the company got 5 stars but 10/10 I don't recommend. Gladly will not be returning :)
Maddie BRafael & Max did an absolutely amazing job for moving me between apartments this week. The job was definitely difficult due to where my unit is located (which is why I didn't want to do it myself) and not only did they work very hard to get me moved efficiently, their customer service was great as well. Rafael helped communicate to me throughout the move all the things he needed to clarify and made sure I was aware that some changes needed to be made to my contract which I was totally OK with. They made sure to take great care of my belongings, wrapped and padded things as needed, and were even ok with my pets being around them as they worked. Rafael even asked me questions to make sure to put all my boxes in the appropriate rooms in the new place we moved my stuff into. This really minimized my work load & stress for the move. Seriously hard workers with great communication and people skill. This business is lucky to have them!
