Roofer Direct replaced our roof after hurricane Laura - Austin was great to work with, responded to my calls and got me all of required documents for my mortgage company to release the funds. They did not require any upfront money and did not require payment until I received the funds from my mortgage company - which was actually about 2 weeks after the roof was installed. They showed up when they said they would, actually about a week earlier than was scheduled. Yard was picked up and cleaned of all the roofing debris. Would definitely recommend!

I was totally satisfied with the entire effort. Tony and Eric were extremely helpful, always available to answer questions and provide details, and went out of their way to ensure the entire process was as stress-free as possible. There were no surprises with the estimate and their projected schedule was spot on. The installation crew was always on time, cleaned up the site daily, and worked under some trying weather conditions. Scott went way beyond what would have been expected, interfacing with my insurance company to ensure they understood the claim.
