T'pol T'pauI bought the soap because I loved the short list of ingredients and low production miles; they seemed like an ethical company. After using the soap I've completely changed my mind. It's just awful - roughly made, smells weird and turns into a gooey, sticky, slimey mess after just a few days of use, no matter how dry you keep it. I ordered eucalyptus but there's no smell of ecualyptus at all, not even a faint whiff. I've emailed them twice, messaged them via their Fbook page, even posted on their page, but they haven't bothered to respond. When I was contemplating buying their product and had questions, they were only too eager to be my friend. Now that I have a problem, they don't want to know me. I'm so disappointed, both in the soap and their attitude. I won't be using it again and have no idea what to do with the other 4 cakes, as they're just not usable as soap.
