They were very nice here. With everything considered I give 4 stars because you have to back in from the road and wait from the road. There isn't a bunch of room to wait on the road. And once you do back in from the road the parking lot is very small. I'm decent at backing and it took me about 15 minutes to dock, rocking my rig (I have a full size Kenworth, 2 bunks etc) back and fourth until I was finally straight. The customer service was great however. Just tight and busy on the other fronts. They're not lightning fast getting loaded either.

I checked in morning They hold me last minute of closing 4pm and loaded me. 83840 lb. Scale is not far only 1.3 miles when I came back place was closed.next day also over loaded me 80500 lb. Came back again this time they corrected the weight. 2days .they want sell as many products as possible don't care rules and regulations. Old lady is bold she's very rude.i could not make U turn place is too small other trucks are also parked also small cars are parked in front of where you have to make U turn .I asked the old Chinese lady she is the boss //place is crowded with trucks cant make u turn unless same teailers are moved. Oooooooh she is very rude.

Couldn't make afternoon appointment, scheduled next morning, everyone there really good and accompanied me to fit into their day, can park on the street, maybe overbite I don't know but looked like it. There is enough room to pull in and spin around to back in, not that tight at all. Thanks

Quite a large and streamlined operation inside. I had the opportunity to interact with the staff and they were extremely courteous and professional. Parking is available on site.
