Great experience yesterday , very polite , knowledgeable, helpful and fantastic value … had two tyres fitted half an hour after my enquiry .. i don’t do many reviews but wanted to share my experience as it was such a good one , if you live near Bedford and need tyres try here first
Great for tyres and very friendly customer service but just had them do my front discs and pads on my 17 plate ford transit and they charged me £450. On consulting a specialist transit mechanic I was told my model is more difficult than older ones but it shouldn't have taken more than 1 hour by an experienced mechanic. They were on it for 4hrs charging top hourly rate. So they've either put an inexperienced mechanic on the job but still charged me the top rate or the parts were super expensive. Upon checking the parts they've used are not super expensive. Really disappointed as I've been going to them for my tyres since they were on tavistock street Lesson learnt. Great for tyres but I won't be going there for anything else.
Nipped in for a puncture repair £20 and a new tyre £70, great service, no waiting time, good price and friendly staff. I would recommend Bedford Discount Tyres to anyone. I will return next time I need anything tyre related (hopefully not too soon). 👍👍👍
