When I purchased the radiator installation from your shop in Oklahoma City, I specifically instructed you to install a Freightliner dealership radiator, not a low-quality or aftermarket unit. That instruction was made clear at the time of purchase. You are now claiming that no such instruction was given. That statement is false and appears to be an attempt to avoid responsibility. The radiator your shop installed failed after approximately one month. This failure occurred in Tehachapi, California, over 1,500 miles away from Oklahoma City. It is unreasonable and unrealistic to expect me to tow the truck from California back to Oklahoma City for your manager to “inspect” or “test” the radiator. That excuse is invalid and irrelevant. The facts are simple: • Your shop selected and installed the radiator • The radiator installed was clearly not a Freightliner OEM radiator • I was charged as if it were a Freightliner radiator (approximately $1,100) • The radiator failed prematurely due to poor quality • I will not pay additional labor costs for your mistake Any attempt to blame the radiator manufacturer, your mechanic, or lack of inspection opportunity is unacceptable. Your shop chose the part, installed it, and charged full OEM pricing. Responsibility rests entirely with your company. I have already successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. No payment will be made to your business. This matter is closed. This email serves as a formal record of your improper repair practices and overbilling. I travel I-40 through Oklahoma City multiple times each month and have operated the same trucks and car haulers for over 15 years. Commercial carriers do not disappear after one visit, and service quality matters. Do not respond with further excuses. Any additional communication should be factual and documented.

I brought my 2024 Freightliner Cascadia to this shop on September 13 to replace the radiator. I specifically told them to buy the radiator from the Freightliner dealership because it comes with a 6-month warranty. They assured me it would be done. On November 24, I contacted the Freightliner dealership and was told that no radiator was purchased from them under this shop’s account on that date. The radiator they installed failed last night and started leaking from underneath. This means the shop did not buy the radiator from Freightliner like I requested, and the part they used was clearly defective. Now I am stuck with a broken radiator again, and the shop is refusing to take responsibility. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I do
