Wir haben aus Versehen Winterreifen mit Spikes bestellt. Als wir in die Werkstatt kamen, um sie montieren zu lassen, wurde uns gesagt, dass die Reifen auf allen Straßen und Autobahnen gültig seien, aber nur bis zu 80 km/h fahren dürften. Er hat sie gerne montiert und uns den Preis berechnet. Als wir merkten, dass die Reifen mit Spikes auf der Autobahn nicht erlaubt waren, sagte er: „Wir können sie nicht zurückgeben, das ist Mist, oder? Vielleicht verkaufen wir sie bei eBay.“ Wow. Hätten Sie es uns nicht vorher sagen können??? Sie kennen die Regeln offensichtlich und haben es einigen vorbeifahrenden englischen Touristen nicht gesagt. Sehr unehrlich, wir werden nicht wieder in diese Werkstatt gehen.

Ein tolles und sehr kompetentes Team! Wir sind seit über 15 Jahren Kunden und waren/sind immer sehr happy: Mercedes, Mitsubishi, Fiat, Toyota, Smart - bei alle Marken wurde der Service zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Die Garage hat übrigens auch während des Corona-Lockdowns offen. Anders lautende Meldungen von Google sind falsch.
