There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any services; they focused on understanding my concerns and presenting solutions that met my expectations. Naturally, I decided to book an appointment, and I must say, my car looks even better than I could have imagined! It truly looks like a brand new car—but even better! Who knew that was possible?! Charles is a professional. I’ve had my cars detailed for a few years now by mr car makeover and have nothing but positive things to say. I have a few cars that are special to me, a 992.1 gt3 touring and clk black series that I won’t let anyone else even touch as well as my wife and my daily drivers which are both escalades. You get what you pay for and these guys are top notch in consistency and quality. There’s cheaper options out there but if you care about attention to detail you will notice immediately the difference. Charles aside from being a good guy has added Daniel to the mix and not for nothing but he’s equally as detail focused and exceptional. Never have to worry when it comes to these guys. These guys rock, I had them wash polish and ceramic coat my 2023 VW GTI R and it came out amazing. I even had them fix a couple small rock chips on the hood from the highway and you can hardly tell it even happened. They were able to color match OEM paint for my car. 100% would recommend them to anyone I know.
