Ms. Ericka Brown was simply amazing. She remained patient with me throughout my many questions. She explained to me what every detail was within the policy, even repeated herself a few times. The calmness and understanding in her voice kept me at ease throughout the lengthy process. It was almost as if I was speaking with my mom. I cannot express the immense of gratitude that I felt as having Ericka Brown as my Insurance agent. When people speak about their once in a blue moon great customer service.. they speak of the experience I encountered with Ms.Brown. OMG, I cannot say enough good things about this place!! From start to finish, the entire process was chef’s kiss perfection. Everything was so smooth and relaxing—I felt like I was being pampered the whole time! And yes, I had a million questions (because obviously, I need to know everything), but they were SO patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. I felt completely taken care of, and honestly, I’m lowkey obsessed. If you want an experience that is stress-free, fabulous, and filled with amazing people, this is the place to go.
