Went to Autobahn for a second opinion after some service suggestions the dealership made and another service provider suggested. Autobahn did a full inspection for free as a first time client and heard my concerns/questions fully before making any suggestions. Honest, white glove experience. I would definitely return with my car and my family cars. Cherry on top was a car wash at the end after service.

Dropped off my '07 BMW for brake service, as it turned out there was an issue with one of the sensors not being held into position correctly. They cleared my fault and repositioned the sensor. Same day service, in and out. Appreciated their courtesy and quick turn around.

The gentleman gave me a price upfront & asked if I had any other concerns with my vehicle & he was able to check on that as well & gave me the prognosis. I was shopping around for repair costs. I asked for how much it would cost to replace spark plugs and coils on my BMW, and they wouldn’t give me an estimate. They just wanted me to bring it in for a $250 diagnostic fee, which can be used towards repair which they don’t tell you upfront how much it’s going to cost. Seems like a shady business practice. $250 sunk cost and shock you with overpriced repair? No thank you
