The company I work for discovered a problem with the gas line in our E350 box truck when trying to fill up before heading from Salem to Sunriver. I was called and asked to find a mobile repair place in Bend that could fix the gas line. The first place I found was The Mobile Mechanic - they had good ratings so I gave them a call. From the first call I was impressed. Not only did they go to Sunriver to pick up the truck, take it back to their shop, fix the gas line and then deliver it back to Sunriver for us, they did this all with professional and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of a mechanic in the Bend area.

I wouldn't recommend Mobile. When I called early Saturday, the owner said $200 for a service call and $200 an hour for weekend emergency service and bring my car with a waterpump issue from Bend all the way to Redmond. Just go to Goodyear on Saturdays if you want normal weekend repair service at a reasonable price.

We needed help with a 4Runner at 7 am on Saturday morning, we met the owner, he's stand up guy and knows what he is doing. We blew a coolant hose and he discovered which one in 5 minutes after we looked for about an hour. I highly recommend Zach to work on your vehicle.

****DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I can't stress this enough. I called for an appointment because my car was not able to be driven to my mechanic. The mechanic was in the shop and the woman who answered the phone said she would ask him if he could do the work today. When she came back on the phone, she told me he could be there around 4:00. I gave her my address, home phone and cell phone numbers. I was also home since my car was not driveable. Not only did no one show up, but the office is closed at 4:00 and you can't even leave a message. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. If they had called, I could have made other arrangements. Thanks for the crappy service! Again, I warn you, do not use this service, unless you have a back up plan.
