I ordered and paid for a 10-yard bin, but what was delivered measured 8 ft × 6.5 ft × 4 ft, which equals only 7.7 cubic yards—far less than what I paid for. When I raised this issue, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the company cancelled my order and blamed me as the client. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. As a contractor, accurate bin sizing is critical for planning and costs. Misrepresenting bin capacity and refusing responsibility shows a serious lack of integrity. I do not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty and professionalism.”
